Solid device, slow shipping
I got the PAX Era and it's a decent oil vaporizer, works as expected. The build quality feels good, and it's super portable. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took about 8 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long compared to other online orders I've made recently. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. The flat mouthpiece is comfortable, but I think a raised mouthpiece would be a nice alternative to include in the box instead of buying separately. Still, it's a good device and I'm mostly satisfied.
